Context:
Musa Sanitaria was a long-established company that urgently needed to adapt to changing times. One of its main goals was to reduce the large number of phone calls, which forced users to resort to new methods to perform their usual tasks from their mobile phones.
To achieve this, the company wanted to develop a mobile app for policyholders where they could check their insurance and manage their policies.

Approach:
My role was to design the new product.
I began by researching the competition. Subsequently, I designed the product information architectures and flowcharts for the new features.
Several prototypes were created to test the different functionalities. An open discussion was maintained throughout with the client and the development team to obtain a realistic vision of the features that could be implemented.

After the research, I began creating several prototypes and animated screens for testing and showing the results to the client.
This app was designed for mobile devices, but it should also be viewed on desktop computers. It can be accessed through their website. Although the app is designed for mobile devices, it is responsive, allowing it to be used on both devices.

Outcomes:
After creating the prototypes, I conducted a study to determine the final visual appearance and developed a basic corporate identity manual for the brand. All designs focused primarily on the mobile version, with the desktop version considered secondary. Additionally, I designed a logo for the application and prepared a corporate manual to guide the brand's visual identity.
